销售商务支持专员——香港、台湾地区Position Title:
Hong Kong/Taiwan Customer Support Specialist
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Customer interface: coordination about customer enquiry of GSC related and solution providing, direct communication with end-user/business partner as bridge to collect first hand customer demand about GSC
2. Contract & Order management: verification of contract & order to ensure valid, accurate and efficient transaction
3. Credit & AR management: analyses of credit limit or uplift application, AR reconciliation, cooperation on AR collection, providing AR settlement instruction, tracking AR status, aging AR escalation and action plan.
Requirements:
1. Language: Excellent oral and written English /Chinese communication skills.
2. Degree: Bachelor degree is required; Master of Business Administration is preferred
3. Working experience: 2 years experience in sales operation/finance/supply chain is preferred
4. Good English and Cantonese skill
